Junior hurdler Connor Faint (Winchester, Va./Millbrook) earned an All-America medal at the NCAA Track & Field Championships.

Eastern Mennonite University's Tyler Denlinger (Perkasie, Pa./Dock Mennonite Academy) has won the Harry G. "Doc" Jopson Award, giving the Royals a top scholar-athlete award from the Old Dominion Athletic Conference for the second straight year.

For the third straight year, EMU men's volleyball team put seven players on the Continental Volleyball Conference All-Academic Team. The total is also the tied for the most in program history.

EMU's track & field teams placed six athletes on the All-Region Team, as named by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).

Eastern Mennonite University is pleased to recognize 254 students who were named to the Spring 2017 Dean's List. The Dean's List, compiled at the end of each term, includes degree-seeking students who achieve a semester GPA of at least 3.75 with no withdrawn, incomplete, or failing grades for 12 semester hours of standard grades.

495 students were welcomed as alumni on April 30, 2017, at Eastern Mennonite University's 99th Commencement Ceremony. Congratulations, graduates!

Ten graduating seniors were honored as Cords of Distinction recipients in a ceremony held Saturday afternoon, April 29, 2017 at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU).

Thirteen graduates of Eastern Mennonite Seminary received blessings, degrees and certificates during the 2017 seminary commencement. They were also accompanied by the observation, offered by associate dean Nancy Heisey, that "today marks the end of the world as you know it."
